2026 April 09, 08:04 UTC14changesMintManagerOwner on OP Mainnet (L2) restructured: the previous 3-of-5 multisig was replaced by a 1-of-1 Safe whose sole owner is a 6-of-9 SafeL2 multisig (0x3F3Cd7...). All 5 original EOA members were removed. The 6-of-9 Safe also has a SaferSafes module (0xA8447329...) that can act on its behalf, providing an additional execution path. Net effect: OP token inflation policy now requires 6-of-9 signatures (or the SaferSafes module) through the 1-of-1 delegate, instead of 3-of-5 directly.
